Leonard N. DiCicco, Jr., CPA

EXPERIENCE
Leonard is the Managing Partner and a co-founder of DiCicco, Gulman & Company LLP. He has over 30 years of experience in all areas of public accounting, including fourteen years with an international accounting firm.

EXPERTISE
Leonard is experienced in auditing, accounting and tax services, planning and executing merger and acquisition transactions, business valuations, financial planning and internal controls, data processing and income taxes. He has worked with clients in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, technology, hospitality, distribution, commercial real estate, and construction.

Leonard specializes in litigation consulting and has provided expert testimony in both state
and federal courts. Having worked with numerous law firms, he has extensive pre-trial, trial, and settlement experience. Specifically, he has testified and/or consulted on cases related
to interpretation of accounting principles, application of auditing techniques, bankruptcy, valuation of closely-held companies, contract disputes, economic damages, sales and meals tax disputes, business interruption losses, minority shareholder disputes, professional malpractice, marital dissolutions, personal injury and other matters representing plaintiffs and defendants.
Leonard has lectured at educational courses for the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, and other national training programs.
He has also instructed other professionals on providing expert witness testimony.
